Classic massage has local effects (e.g. heating, deduction of skin tension), as well as general (enhancement of metabolism, in the course of massaged areas, helps with resorption of swells, advantageous effects on muscle tonus).

The Aroma massage is a form of fine, special proceded touches in combination with the sense of perfume. An Aroma therapy accompanied by a soft massage, which beneficially effects the nervous system. During the Aroma massage with a special, very fine technique the ethereal oil is gradually applied to the skin of the entire body where the organism absords it. Effects of these ethereal oils are very different, mixed in corresponding combination and it will effect positively not only the physical area, but is also very advantageous for the psyche.

Reflexive massage of sole of feet

On the sole of foot are the reflex points of the entire organism located; gland and other parts of the body including the spine, joints and muscles. Manual effect on reflex points on sole of foot and its right stimulation is possible, thanks to special reflex connection, it will have a positive influence on the state of health. The method has its origins in the theory of acupressure, reflex zone therapy and manual therapy of joints and muscles. The massage enhances the inner balance of the organism, evokes relaxation and deducts the entire tension. Reflexes influence physical and mental states and abates pain.
